As an IT services provider, our support centres on our experienced and knowledgeable Engineers. We place huge value on continued training, collaboration and certification for every team member, from our Junior through to our Senior Systems Engineers. This is why we are delighted to be a Premier Partner of the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).
CompTIA are a non-profit trade association advancing the global interests of the more than 35 million global IT workforce who design, manage and safeguard our technologies. Their programme of certification serves to validate technical skills in the areas of maintenance and support of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems, networking, security and server technology.
We invest in CompTIA’s Partner Program to ensure we have the right tools and resources to assist with training, certifying and giving confidence to our IT professionals. Research has shown that certified employees have superior communication skills and are better able to understand new and complex technologies.
As a Premier Partner we are also in a position to be able to participate in CompTIA research studies and events, sharing best practices and helping to shape products and services.
