Our Employee of the Month award is a chance for us to give our own internal congrats to team members that have made an excellent contribution, supporting clients and Breakwater staff to ensure we can provide the best service levels possible.
Our latest Employee of the Month is Andy Malcolm, our Level 2 Service Desk Professional. Andy works hard to resolve all incoming enquiries quickly and efficiently. He makes sure everything runs smoothly in the Service Desk by helping to assign tasks to the appropriate engineer. There is also a lot of ‘behind the scenes’ work that Andy has a positive influence on, including new processes to make sure we deliver a high quality service to our clients.
