Over the years I have learnt that customer service is paramount and should always be at the forefront of everyone’s mind, whether in the IT industry or any other. I build partnerships with clients, offering transparency throughout and delivering on everything we set out to achieve.
My experience and values
From a technical perspective, I am certified with the industry standard qualifications such as CompTIA and Microsoft. My previous roles have included Support Department Manager for an IT company in Norwich and most recent as a Service Delivery Manager for an IT company in Bury St Edmunds.
My focus is on delivering a first class customer service and experience, and this is what the role of Technical Account Manager enables me to provide. Communication is key and I spend time talking to and meeting with clients, aligning our IT support and services with their business strategy and creating a secure system that develops with their needs.
Life outside Breakwater
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family as well as squeezing a bit of rugby in from time to time, well quite a lot really. I am the head coach of the Eastern Counties Women’s senior setup, where we have had huge success. I also coach the senior men at West Norfolk RFC. Oh and last but certainly not least, I own Rugbytots Norfolk where we coach 2 to 7 year olds how to play rugby.
