Part of the team since 2013, I have a varied background that has exposed me to a number of different IT specialisms – including large-scale support and project work for a number of high profile organisations.
IT has always held a fascination, and I work to continually widen my technical know-how, along-with that of my team. As our Service Delivery Manager, I enjoy working with a group of like-minded individuals – each with a genuine interest for the field they operate within.
I have a commitment to delivering on client SLAs and providing a knowledgeable, customer-focused service. I’m always looking for new ways to introduce efficiencies into our processes to deliver increased value for businesses.
IT is an ever-changing industry and it is my aim to develop a team that helps clients grow and utilise technology in the most positive way.
Life outside Breakwater
When I’m not working hard to make our Service Desk as effective as it can be, I try to relax by playing squash, swimming and visiting the gym – in between spending time in the very important role of being a father.
