In addition to the day-to-day assistance I provide, my position enables me to inform and offer longer term advice around the wide range of technologies now available to clients, across a diverse set of industries.
My experience and values
Client interaction is an integral part of my role and it’s great to be able to use my knowledge in a very practical way – resolving enquiries and being witness to the efficiencies we are able to create. Prior to working at Breakwater, I worked for a large architectural practice, providing IT support for over 300 employees based at 15 different offices.
Life outside Breakwater
Cycling is my favoured pastime outside the office, along with the more relaxed distraction of sitting back and listening to music. DIY also sneaks into some of my leisure time, with ongoing handiwork projects in my new home.
