As part of the Service Desk team I deliver ongoing support for our diverse range of clients. It is my role to respond to enquiries as they come in and provide assistance so users are able to keep working efficiently.

My experience and values
I have a genuine interest in IT and keeping up to date with new technologies and so it is apt that I am able to work for a company that allows me to do just that. We help clients create effective IT networks and advise on upgrades and new software that will develop their business.
I help support the infrastructure that powers some of the region’s private and public sector – something I can only enjoy.
I am currently in my second year of completing a BsC in Computer Science, I have the Hurricane Electric IPv6 Networking Certification and am working towards the Linux Certified Engineer qualification.
Life Outside Breakwater
Technology is also my main focus outside of work. My hobby is reverse engineering malware found ‘in the wild’ and I participate in the development and quality assurance of the Debian and Fedora GNU/Linux distributions.
