My typical working day is spent talking to businesses about their IT systems and working together to ensure their operation is running smoothly and if it’s not I help to discover why and implement a solution.
My experience and values
I spent 6 years working within the University of East Anglia within administrative service roles and I enjoy positions that enable me to deliver support and provide solutions. I value hard work and working efficiently, both of which allow you to more easily help yourself and others. I have always been self-motivated and have undertaken study and achieved qualifications that assist me in furthering my IT career. I am a CompTIA A+ certified service technician and am studying for the CompTIA N+ (Networking) and S+ (Security) certifications.
Life outside Breakwater
I unwind with noise rather than leisurely pursuits as I play in a local metal band, we have toured the UK and enjoy keeping audiences entertained with some serious volume! I also enjoy running and various tabletop games that keep my mind active – helping me to study for more qualifications!
