As a Level 3 Service Desk Professional, I handle many of your deep rooted issues and deliver complex IT projects, including network and server infrastructure upgrades.

One of my specialisms is in network technologies and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), I enjoying focusing on the configuration and support of routers, firewalls, switches and wireless access points.

Essentially, it is my job to make sure your systems are working as efficiently as possible to support your business.

My experience and values

I joined the Breakwater Service Desk in 2012, and was promoted to a Level 3 Service Desk Professional in 2015. IT is a stimulating field to work within and I have been lucky in the technical expertise I have taken on, both through Breakwater and within my role for a large printing company.

I have experience in implementing larger scale projects, including site-wide system refreshes and the installation of wireless networks.

My Open Degree, covered both the support and development aspects of IT and I am also a VMWare Certified Associate in Data Centre Virtualisation – skilled in designing, installing and managing VMWare environments.

Life outside Breakwater

When I’m not on the Breakwater Service Desk, I enjoy playing my guitar and am a keen follower of cricket and football.
