Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for remote working has increased exponentially. A useful application to support remote working is Microsoft Teams. Over the last few weeks we've had businesses asking for support on using Teams. Microsoft have reported that they've seen an increase of 14 million users in the last week, taking the total up to 44 million daily active users. From this, we decided to host a webinar focused on using Teams.
