We welcome two new arrivals on the Service Desk – Dave Parlour as a Level 1 Engineer and Thomas Secker as a Trainee Systems Engineer.
We support apprenticeship and work experience schemes within the company and were lucky enough to have Thomas join us to discover what it is like to work within an IT service provider. Thomas is now back as a Trainee Systems Engineer, having just completed his A-Levels, and will be learning more about how we deliver IT services to organisations within East Anglia and beyond. Dave will be working with our Service Desk to resolve client enquiries, helping them to use technology to enhance the way they work. He has a keen interest in IT that stems back to his childhood and building his first PC at 13! Here’s a little bit more about Dave and his experience and values.
