My experience and values
I have been part of the team since 2013. I have a varied background that has exposed me to a number of different IT specialisms. This includes large-scale support and project work for a number of high profile organisations.
IT has always held a fascination, and I work to continually widen my technical know-how, along-with that of my team. As our Operations Director, I enjoy working with a group of like-minded individuals. Each with a genuine interest for the field they operate within.
It is exciting to be able to support Apprentices within the business. Above all, we value an investment in talent and help new starters work towards their technical qualifications. As a result, they then work up to becoming Systems Engineers.
I have a commitment to delivering on client SLAs and providing a knowledgeable, customer-focused service. So I’m always looking for new ways to introduce efficiencies into our processes to deliver increased value for businesses.
IT is an ever-changing industry. Therefore, it is my aim to develop a team that helps clients grow and utilise technology in positive ways.
Life outside Breakwater
When I’m not working hard to make our Service Desk as effective as it can be, I try to relax by playing squash, swimming and visiting the gym. This comes in between spending time in the very important role of being a father.
