As a Systems Engineer, Lukasz works with fellow level two engineers on our service desk as a point of escalation from our level one team. He’ll be looking after the more complex tickets from our clients whilst delivering the best support and customer service possible.

We asked Lukasz:

Tell us about your previous experience:

I worked as an IT administrator and support engineer for a few different companies across Norfolk and many years ago in Poland. Each role was different as each company operated in separate ways. This gave me valuable experience on how to provide the best possible IT service.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Most of my hobbies are focused on IT, but also I like watching documentary movies.

Name one thing about you that surprises people:

Memory – I remember some things for a very long time. I still remember how I fixed some old Windows XP problems. But equally, if you send me to the shops, I don’t remember the short shopping list.

If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?

I would like to be an ethical hacker. Using passion and knowledge against bad people sounds good to me.
