As Breakwater’s Office Manager I oversee our administrative team and am responsible for delivering an efficient client service.

My experience and values

I have previously worked within a number of varied roles within the educational and charities sectors, predominately with an emphasis on administration and managing processes.

I enjoy being able to make a positive impact on a business by reviewing procedures and making changes to ensure the smooth-running of a team. At Breakwater it is great to have such a varied role and to be able to have an influence on all aspects of our operation from employment contracts through to invoicing, supplier management and our health & safety compliance.

Life outside Breakwater

It is great to be able to unwind outdoors, especially walking my dogs, sailing and camping – especially when the Norfolk sun is shining!
