Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for remote working has increased exponentially. A useful application to support remote working is Microsoft Teams. Over the last few weeks we’ve had businesses asking for support on using Teams. Microsoft have reported that they’ve seen an increase of 14 million users in the last week, taking the total up to 44 million daily active users. From this, we decided to host a webinar focused on using Teams.
200 participants signed up to join our webinar which took place on Friday 20 March. We wanted to share the content so that other businesses could also learn some of the basic principles of using Teams.

Action Fraud reported that between 1st February 2020 and 18th March 2020, Coronavirus-related frauds increased by 400%. These frauds include phishing emails and online shopping scams. Throughout this situation we may all at times become vulnerable to these attacks. In times of desperation when trying to purchase supplies for staff or personal use, and when trying to keep up to date with current events, it’s easy to become a victim.
