Following the completion of his CompTIA A+, Jonathan has been promoted from Trainee Engineer to Junior Engineer! 👏
Jonathan joined us in the Summer of 2025 having previously worked at Co-op as a Customer Service Assistant and Team Manager, where due to his love of tech, a colleague recommended he get into an IT role.
Just over a year later, he completes his CompTIA A+, an industry standard certification for IT engineers. A+ builds foundational skills in hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and security.
As part of our Trainee roles, the completion of CompTIA A+ awards a promotion to drop ‘Trainee’ from the job title given the qualification and experience gained.
