In September, Jordan Lamb celebrates 5 years of working here at Breakwater IT!
Before joining Breakwater, Jordan worked in client facing roles including hospitality, retail and account management.
Jordan joined Breakwater in 2017 as an Account Manager and has since progressed to her current role as Business Services Director. She has been integral in growing and improving Breakwater for both employees and our clients.
Looking back on the last 5 years, Jordan said:
“Wow – 5 years! And it has absolutely flown by.
I historically could never stick to one job for longer than a couple of years, lack of progression & development at a company would always encourage me to find better opportunities. I can safely say that since being at Breakwater, it has not stopped! It’s been a whirlwind and I have enjoyed every moment. I feel very fortunate to work at a company that will always encourage positive change and growth, and I’m even more grateful to be in a position where I can help drive that vision. It has certainly kept me very busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
We have a great team of people here that work hard every day to support the success of this company, and who have also helped shape the person I am now. I have definitely learned a lot from my colleagues at Breakwater.
There has been a lot that’s changed in the past 5 years of being here and I feel like it won’t be slowing down anytime soon – which is fine by me. 😊
