We’re starting the New Year off with a bang as Liam has been promoted to a Systems Engineer.🎉
Prior to joining Breakwater, Liam worked retail for eight years with Tesco since the age of 16. Then, in July 2022 he joined us as a Trainee Engineer.
Since then, Liam has worked exceptionally hard to build his existing knowledge in IT. In February 2022 he passed his CompTIA A+, meaning he dropped Trainee from his job title to become a Junior Systems Engineer.
Liam is often praised not only by our clients, but his colleagues too. He is always willing to volunteer and help out to progress his knowledge. At our end of year awards (2023) he not only won the Directors Employee of the Year award, but the Staff Employee of the Year award too.
When it comes to client feedback, Liam often receives comments on his helpfulness, efficiency, and friendliness.
One recent piece of feedback Liam received was: “Liam is always proactive, knowledgeable, and investigates and resolves IT issues very quickly. Thank you!”
