Jonathan joined us as a Trainee Junior Systems Engineer at the end of June. He previously worked at Co-op as a Customer Service Assistant and Team Manager, where due to his love of tech, a colleague recommended he get into an IT role – and now, he’s with us!

What is your professional background?
My first and only job before this was at EoE Co-op. There I was a Customer Service Assistant and Team Manager. I met so many lovely people who were always so nice to see, customers and staff. One in-particular recommended I go into IT as I already liked everything tech. That’s how I got here.😊
If you could only keep three apps on your phone, which would you keep?
YouTube, Instagram, Google.
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Surviving the Lake District when I had the flu. I managed to climb one of the mountains there with it as well as more hiking and camping.
If you had an extra hour in the day, what would you do with it?
Catch up on sleep 🙂

Android.
Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
Not sure.
If you could be any character in a video game, who would you be?
Dutch Red Dead Redemption Two. I would choose Arthur but most of us know what happened to him.
If you could have invented or created anything, what would it be?
Games. If I knew how to make them I could make them exactly how I would want.
If you were a wrestler what would be your entrance theme song?
For whom the bell tolls.
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Not sure. I feel like any job is good if you’ve got the team.😊
