Kai joined us a the start of May as our newest Trainee Junior Systems Engineer.
As Trainee Junior Systems Engineer, Kai will be shadowing our level one team as the first point of contact for incoming client IT issues. He will be among the first to attempt to fix your technical issues. Alongside this, Kai will undertake training to progress to a Junior Engineer.

What is your professional background?
I used to work as a Junior Accountant, but have completed my CompTIA Tech+ and CompTIA A+ wanting to move into IT.

Completing my CompTIA A+.
