Copilot for Microsoft 365
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a paid licence which can be added to an existing Microsoft or Office licence. It integrates with your Office applications like Teams, Word, Outlook and more to use organisational data to answer your questions, generate content, create summaries and more.
Additionally, you will get Copilot Chat for 365. You’ll see suggested prompts such as updates on colleagues, draft an FAQ from a file, generate ideas and more.

Copilot in Windows
The free version of Copilot is available to access on the web or in the top right corner of your Edge browser.
It uses publicly available data to answer your questions and generate content, but does not integrate with your 365 applications.

Copilot Studio is a tool used by our AI and Automation team to develop AI agents that work for your business.
These agents can be used to perform tasks, answer questions or automate processes across platforms including your website, social media accounts and Microsoft Teams.
