Trainee Junior Systems Engineer
As Trainee Junior Systems Engineer, Alec shadows our level one team as the first point of contact for incoming client IT issues. He will be among the first to attempt to fix your technical issues. When you call with a problem, he’ll begin the troubleshooting process, creating a detailed log in case the issue needs to be escalated.
Our Trainee Engineer programme welcomes those who want to start a career in IT but don’t have prior experience. Alec, however, has already begun his path in IT having completed CompTIA A+ ahead of joining us.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me out running, in the gym or practicing guitar (for when I very occasionally have a gig!).🎸
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Achieving my CompTIA A+ certification.
