Brenden is part of our team of Systems Engineers. They are the first escalation point for our Junior Engineers when the incoming technical issue is more complex. Additionally, they are responsible for the installation, maintenance and security of our client’s core IT systems.

Brenden joined us as a Junior Engineer in February 2024, having previously worked as an IT technician within local schools. His enthusiasm for learning alongside great client service soon moved him up to become a Systems Engineer the following May.

“I completed a Level 3 in IT at City College Norwich straight after high-school, then completed a Level 3 diploma apprenticeship in IT & Telecoms at Ipswich School and was promoted to ICT Technician after the completion of my apprenticeship. After 3 years at Ipswich School, I moved to Hethersett Academy as the IT Technician on-site. During this time I completed a Level 4 in Cyber Security – Risk Analyst as well as passing ITIL V4 Foundation. After 3 years at Hethersett, I’m now here!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love playing sports, anything sport related you can count me in. My main obsession is Golf at the moment, I’m a member at my local course so try to squeeze in as many rounds as I can. I’m big into Football, playing for my local team and I watching Norwich City when I’m not playing that weekend.

I’m a nerd at heart, so can’t resist a video game if someone challenges me!

Live music is big for me as well, so when I can I like going to music festival/gigs.

What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?

So far, I would say completing the Level 4 Cyber Security Risk Analyst course!

Fantastic to be supported by Brenden for the office changes. Thank you for your enthusiasm and motivation to plough through the setup.
