James Steers

As Business Administration Apprentice, James supports our Co-CEOs and the wider team with administration tasks whilst working towards his apprenticeship.

Before joining Breakwater, James’ background mainly focused on the hospitality industry. “I worked as a Deputy Manger at Riverside Pizza Hut, and also a Shift Manager at the Lowestoft Hut.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love spending time with my other half, going to gigs and festivals, and spending time with my new-born niece.

If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?

Drummer in a metal band. Even though I can’t play the drums, just seems cool.🥁
