As Business Administrator, James supports our Co-CEOs and the wider team with administration tasks and looking after our clients.
James joined us as an Apprentice at the start of 2025, completing his course in February 2026.
Before joining Breakwater, James’ background mainly focused on the hospitality industry. “I worked as a Deputy Manger at Riverside Pizza Hut, and also a Shift Manager at the Lowestoft Hut.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love spending time with my other half, going to gigs and festivals, and spending time with my new-born niece.
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Drummer in a metal band. Even though I can’t play the drums, just seems cool.🥁
