Network Administrator
John is part of our network standards team. His role involves closely reviewing our client’s infrastructure to identify potential issues.
John’s time is spent carrying out network and security audits. He works to resolve any vulnerabilities before they have a chance to cause downtime or have a detrimental effect on client productivity.
“Client interaction is an integral part of my role and it’s great to be able to use my knowledge in a very practical way. For instance, resolving enquiries and being witness to the efficiencies we can create.
Prior to working at Breakwater, I worked for a large architectural practice. Whilst there, I provided IT support for over 300 employees based at 15 different offices.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Cycling is my favoured pastime outside the office.🚴♂️ Alongside the more relaxed distraction of sitting back and listening to music. DIY also sneaks into some of my leisure time, with ongoing handiwork projects in my home.”
