As Trainee Junior Systems Engineer, Jonathan shadows our level one team as the first point of contact for incoming client IT issues. He will be among the first to attempt to fix your technical issues. When you call with a problem, he’ll begin the troubleshooting process, creating a detailed log in case the issue needs to be escalated.

Before joining us, Jonathan worked at Co-op as a Customer Service Assistant and Team Manager, where due to his love of tech, a colleague recommended he get into an IT role – and now, he’s with us!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I like gaming a bit too much. Ranked games could be an exception, yet I’ll still play them. I enjoy building PCs when I get the chance and spend way too much money on them. When I’m not locked indoors I’ll go cycling, camping and hiking. I’ll also do photography when I get the opportunity.

If you could have invented or created anything, what would it be?

Games. If I knew how to make them I could make them exactly how I would want.
