Trainee Junior Systems Engineer
As Trainee Junior Systems Engineer, Kai shadows our level one team as the first point of contact for incoming client IT issues. He will be among the first to attempt to fix your technical issues. When you call with a problem, he’ll begin the troubleshooting process, creating a detailed log in case the issue needs to be escalated.
“I used to work as a Junior Accountant, but have completed my CompTIA Tech+ and CompTIA A+ wanting to move into IT.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, Kai enjoys playing video games and spending time at the gym.
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Work in IT (great news for us!).
Really appreciated Kai's patience as it took a while to work out what the problem was. He then followed up about the new dock that I need. Nice work!
