Trainee Junior Systems Engineer
As Trainee Junior Systems Engineer, Oliver shadows our level one team as the first point of contact for incoming client IT issues. He will be among the first to attempt to fix your technical issues. When you call with a problem, he’ll begin the troubleshooting process, creating a detailed log in case the issue needs to be escalated.
“While I have no professional background within IT, I hold a degree in Cybersecurity. I covered a wide array of subjects such as pen testing, digital forensics and many more nerdy computer topics. As for employment I worked as a chef for a few years before going to university, and then spent many days and nights working for Sainsburys while studying for my degree.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I love going on long hikes with my partner. I enjoy travelling the country and walking across scenic landscapes while yapping with her about life.”
If you could have invented or created anything, what would it be?
A winning Norwich city team, still yet to see anyone do it.
