In IT, we’re often thought of as spending all our time behind PCs. In our team, we have a love for our local communities and environment, wanting to spend our time and resources in nature.
That’s why we’ve become a Wilder Business, joining Norfolk Wildlife Trust (NWT) as a Wildlife Ambassador.
In doing so, our annual membership supports NWT in caring for local wildlife and wild places.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the oldest Wildlife Trust in the country. They care for more than 60 nature reserves, restoring biodiversity, protecting pond life, and planting for the future.
As part of our membership, our team benefit from membership cards for their nature reserves, and we’ll be taking part in a volunteering day with the NWT team annually. We’re incredibly grateful to NWT for these perks, supporting us in promoting healthy lifestyles in and out of the office.
We have also joined at an exciting time for Norfolk Wildlife Trust as they celebrate 100 years of protecting and restoring Norfolk’s nature.
NWT are running an centenary appeal, as well as a series of special events and commemorative items to support their legacy. You can find out more here.
To mark their centenary year, and us joining as an ambassador, we have donated to their 100 oaks for 100 years appeal. We’ll be planting a Breakwater oak tree in Norfolk’s largest ancient woodland, helping to create a new habitat.

On another note…
After six years growing our Ecologi forest, we have made the decision to cease this to reinvest those funds to Norfolk Wildlife Trust.
Whilst we have enjoyed working with the Ecologi team and supporting their work across the globe, we care deeply for our local communities and supporting their growth.
We are proud to have contributed to the planting of 6,154 trees, the offsetting 132 tonnes of C02, and the restoration of 60m² of UK habitat restoration through our Ecologi account.
The account will remain open where additional trees can be added: Breakwater IT | Ecologi
