We kicked off 2025 by welcoming James Steers to our team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
James will be supporting our Co-CEOs and the wider team with administration tasks whilst working towards his apprenticeship.

What is your professional background?
My background is mainly in hospitality. I worked as a Deputy Manger at Riverside Pizza Hut, as well as being a Shift Manager at the Lowestoft Hut.
If you could only keep three apps on your phone, which would you keep?
WhatsApp, Spotify and Instagram.
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Probably being promoted to a senior manager role after only starting management a year before.
If you had an extra hour in the day, what would you do with it?
Listen to a Ghost album, probably Meliora.🎧
Are you team iPhone or team Android?
I recently changed from iPhone to a google pixel, but I’m not sure yet.
Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
Gaz Coombes, the lead singer of Supergrass.
If you could be any character in a video game, who would you be?
Thermite, in Rainbow Six Siege.
If you could have invented or created anything, what would it be?
Ear buds for concerts that doesn’t change the quality or volume of the music.

If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Drummer in a metal band. Even though I can’t play the drums, just seems cool.🥁
