Following at interest in development work, at the start of the year Rory began learning more about the Power Platform suite from Microsoft.
This includes platforms such as Power Apps, used for building low-code applications, and Power Automate, used for automating processes.
Following success with Power Platform, Rory has now been promoted to Solutions Engineer.
This new role sees him move away from the resolution team on the Service Desk, to the development of applications, automation, analytics and more using Power Platform and Microsoft’s AI services.
