Microsoft Teams Phone
If you are using Microsoft Teams for communication within your business, you may want to consider a Teams Phone Plan as your telephony solution.
Within a Microsoft Teams subscription, you will already have access to Teams Phone which allows you to call from one Teams app to another.
But you can also add additional capabilities that allow you to make and take calls outside of Teams, like a traditional VoIP telephony system. This would require the purchase of additional licences per user. The additional phone plans include:

Is there an additional cost to Teams Phone?
If you are calling from Teams to Teams, there is no additional cost on top of your existing licence which includes Teams. To make and take calls outside of Teams, there is a per user, per month fee which is an annual payment
Can I use my existing phone number with Teams phone?
