At the end of March, Adon passed his CompTIA A+ exam!👏 In doing so, Adon now progresses from a Trainee Engineer to a Junior Engineer, further supporting our level one team with ticket resolutions.
Adon first joined the team in January 2023 as a T-Level Placement before coming onboard full time as a Trainee Engineer the following May. We’ve enjoyed supporting his progression and look forward to celebrating more exam passes with him in the future!
