Just four months after joining Breakwater, Bryce has been promoted to Service Desk Team Lead!🙌

Bryce joined us as a Senior Systems Engineer in September. From day one, Bryce got stuck in, supporting both project work and our service desk team in resolving incoming issues. He has supported the service desk team in particular with reaching ticket resolutions as quickly and accurately as possible. And due to this, Bryce has moved up to the role of Service Desk Team Lead.

Within his new role, Bryce will lead the service desk team to ensure they are delivering the best service possible to our clients. He will oversee incoming tickets, support the knowledge development of the team, look to improve processes and efficiency, and plenty more.
