Eduardo Bogalho
Systems Engineer
Eduardo is part of our team of Systems Engineers. They are the first escalation point for our Junior Engineers when the incoming technical issue is more complex. Additionally, they are responsible for the installation, maintenance and security of our client’s core IT systems.
Eduardo initially began working in management within the retail and hospitality sectors. Over the years he spent his free time self-learning MSP services with an aspiration to make IT his career.
He since has worked as a Support Technician progressing to a Support Team Leader role before joining us as a Systems Engineer.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Having session jams with friends or gigs or playing football would be the top choices.
Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
Not famous at the time but most likely would be a few football players of the same age group as myself who went on to become professional, to name the most famous would be Renato Sanches.
