It has been a busy summer of training and exams so far on the Service Desk and we are delighted that Lewis Hepburn has achieved his Datto Technical Specialist II Certification and Dave Parlour is now a Mimecast Certified Technical Specialist.
Datto is a leading provider of data backup, disaster recovery and remote monitoring and management. Backup to Datto’s cloud means any lost or corrupted files, or even entire business infrastructures, can be easily restored in minutes.
Lewis now has the advanced techniques necessary to help manage your Datto appliances, assisting with troubleshooting, networking and virtualisations.
Mimecast’s certified programme is a great way of expanding our engineers’ knowledge, whilst giving clients the confidence that they can migrate their email archiving, security and continuity to the cloud. Mimecast makes business emails safer – protecting against cyber attacks.
Dave is another of our engineers with the skills to administer your Mimecast solutions effectively, enabling you to make the most of the opportunities the cloud presents.
