This year there were plenty of obstacles and 6 miles to complete – with the Breakwater Braves climbing over things, crawling under things, swinging from things and generally getting wet and especially muddy.
Only the Brave is a fantastic event that really inspires – not only to keep you pushing through 6 or 10 miles, but to raise awareness of the genuinely amazing work the East Anglian Air Ambulance carries out.
Breakwater have been sponsors of Only The Brave for the past three years and we were proud to be there again in 2019 to show how important team work is in supporting each other. There was a record number of participants this year, with 1850 racers all helping to raise funds for this deserving charity.
