We’re celebrating as two of our Service Desk team have been promoted!👏
First, Jordan Getley has been promoted to Senior Systems Engineer, joining our level three team in solving complex issues and working on high-level projects.
Jordan joined us from college in 2018 and has always worked hard to support our clients – often being the top ticket closer when he was a Junior Engineer.
And Brenden, who only joined us in February, is moving up to become a Systems Engineer.
Since starting with us, Brenden has been out visiting client sites, growing his knowledge and delivering great service.
