Office 2013
Office 2013

Microsoft will end support for Office 2013 on 11 April 2023.

What does this mean for users?

It means that Office 2013 will no longer have technical support from Microsoft via phone or chat. Additionally, no further support content will be produced, and existing content will be retired.

It also means that security and bug fixes will cease. This ultimately leaves anyone using Office 2013 past April 11 vulnerable to viruses.

What should I do now?

We strongly recommend that you upgrade in advance of 11 April. Doing so in advance means that you will have time to adjust to your replacement product and you will avoid any risk of viruses from use past the retirement date.

If you are a client of ours using Office 2013, we shall discuss upgrading with you. If you are not a client of ours, speak to your IT department as soon as possible.
